Saigen was founded by Dr. Charl van Heerden and Prof. Etienne Barnard, well published academics and leaders in their field, ably supported by the Alphawave Group. Saigen has partnered with Callbi to provide speech analytics to over 70 contact centres, which enables them to easily search call recordings for insights to improve business performance. Saigen also works with companies in the media monitoring and speech transcription sectors.
